Cute, comfy, clean, and cheap enough! There is nothing fancy about the room. Basic king room with desk, fridge, no coffeemaker , and no breakfast buffet, but I read a review before coming and someone mention a little grill next door with great breakfast! Book online, it was 15$ dollars more in person than online price. Would definitely stay here again if I was ever in the area again!
Nice modest motel for the price. Nothing fancy, but clean and comfortable. No coffee maker in the room or breakfast buffet, but 35-50$ cheaper than the places that offer those amenities. Right next door to Texas Grill which has a great breakfast menu.
Got stuck during a disaster and they hooked us up when everything was booked and the room was supposed to be reserved. You can be comfortable here, its certainly not fancy but compared to the Dive Inn up the road by the TigerMart and Walgreen's in Tahitian it's WAY nicer. Bed was nice and the room was clean. Shower was well stocked with towels and well maintained, the carpets were well taken care of as well. The sort of place you take your shoes off in. Of all the "budget" places in town this is the best, and it isn't just because they hooked me up during a flood.
The rooms were quite nice for the price. Simple hotel with wifi and TV. The location is good but the only entrance is the feeder road. The room was clean.
Rooms are all first floor with direct access to your car, makes it super easy to carry your luggage. Things I loved about the location - quiet, safe, and access to resturants, shopping, laundry mat, gas stations and easy access! So close to many great places! Rooms are EXTRA Large and clean! No odors, bedding is comfortable, has real blankets on beds (under the bed spread - i have traveled a lot and many hotels only have a sheet and bed spread). Super hot water with great water presure. Rooms are up to date. Have large ceiling fan and good bright lighting! Management is flexible with your schedule and extremely helpful. Definately would stay here if I am in the area.
Older looking motel . Has very large rooms that have brick walls ... no neighbor noise,. Bed was very comfortable . Family run ... happy ,welcoming people. Only complaint was the cleaning staff . My husband left for work and they were next door and could gave offered towels etc .instead they .. opened the door ..did not knock first . I was surprised. My husband went to address the situation and the younger lady started swearing at him and arguing. Very instantly defensive. All he wanted was to speak to the ladies to make sure it didn't happened again . A sincere apology goes a long way .... the owners were genuinely concerned . Overall nice hotel ,close to highway, and no in room cooking is allowed.
My family and I (at the time, myself, my fiance and our 1 year old daughter) lived here for 3 months. The owner is wonderful and was very nice, and most of the staff was awesome and easy to talk to. The owner's wife was very nosy and downright rude at times, both to us and any guests we had. However, the facilities were nice and the quality was very good, much higher than I had initially expected. They have an on-sight washer and dryer, basic cable, free wi-fi, and the room was large enough for our small family to make it our own, and live there quite happily for a short stretch. They were remodeling when we left (our room was the last to be done because we were still there), and from what I saw of the other rooms, they were looking really cool. The manager even let us keep the old turn key when they replaced the system with the new swipe card models. All in all, I would give it a 4 star out of 5, because the wife really did make my friends and family feel unwelcomed, but that is seriously my only complaint and single take away. There were no bugs, things were clean, you can't help who your neighbors are (true of anywhere), and most of the staff were absolutely amazing.
This is a great place if you're looking for something affordable and quick. Be aware that this isn't a bougie/fancy like place, this is a simple place to rest your head at. I liked how quick and easy it was to get checked in, and I liked how the rooms were all first floor access, making it easy to unload and load stuff in/out of the car. The rooms are pretty large and comfortable, and the whole area is pretty quiet. I would definitely recommend staying here and would personally stay here again.
